We are hiring a Director of Scheduling Services. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that Tribute clients across all markets receive the visit schedules Tribute has agreed to provide, and does so in the most efficient way possible. Along with developing a cohesive team of Scheduling Partners, motivated and equipped to carry out the Tribute vision for Scheduling Services.

What You'll Do:

• Develop a cohesive team of Scheduling Partners motivated and equipped to carry out the Tribute vision for Scheduling Services (See attached)
• Utilizing data and strong leadership skills, continuously improve scheduling quality and productivity
• Ensure that Scheduling Services determines quickly and objectively whether Tribute can meet requests for new service
• Ensure that schedules meet client needs for appropriate matching, team size, and continuity
• Collaborate effectively with Client Solutions and Caregiver Excellence
• Oversee the After-Hours Support Management team
• Foster a culture of productivity, creativity, possibility and fun among Scheduling Partners, and celebrate success
• Hold Scheduling Partners accountable for team and individual goals
• Determine when we need new Scheduling Partners and lead the hiring effort
• Lead team of After-Hours Support Managers
• Work to make the After-Hours role an increasingly attractive one
• Use data to drive productivity in after-hours support, and to increase job satisfaction
• Foster a culture of creativity, possibility and fun among After-Hours Support Managers, and celebrate success
• Determine when we need new After-Hours Support Managers and lead the hiring effort
• Participate in the Billing & Payroll process
• Back up colleagues as necessary
• Participate in the lead rotation as necessary

What We Seek:

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership and program development
• Strong focus on data collection and analysis
• Unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellence
